Hannah Stubbs joined the Family team at Blackhams in August 2018, having completed her training at a firm in Reading and qualifying as a Solicitor in June 2018.

Hannah has a well-versed knowledge in all aspects of family law and applies her knowledge in a dynamic and pragmatic way to ensure the client’s needs are fully met. Hannah prides herself in her attention to detail and empathetic manner that allows her to fully understand an individual’s needs and build trust from the outset.

Hannah’s skillset means she has a particular expertise in financial proceedings and disputes, whether this is between married or unmarried individuals. She has a wide knowledge of property law that gives her an invaluable understanding of cohabitee disputes, trusts and complicated property ownership. Hannah is also able to provide tailored advice in respect of issues relating to children and has worked with a variety of individuals in reaching positive results.

Away from the office, Hannah is a keen cook and enjoys spending time with her friends and family (especially with a gin and tonic in hand). Hannah is not one to shy away from a new experience and will try anything once, resulting in her signing up for classes in Russian to begin in September.
